Cookie Policy
AAX Agency sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Here is exactly what that means, and what we would do differently if it ever changed.

This site sets no cookies
That is the whole policy, really. But it is an unusual enough claim that it is worth setting out precisely what we checked and what it means for you.

Verified on the live site on the effective date above: no Set-Cookie header is returned on any page, including the contact form submission, and the page makes no requests to any third-party domain.
A note on fonts
Many sites load fonts directly from Google Fonts. When they do, your browser contacts Google's servers on every page view and your IP address goes with it. A German court has treated that as a privacy violation where it happened without consent.
We avoid the issue entirely. The fonts on this site are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own domain. Loading a page here sends your IP address to our host and to nobody else.
What is recorded when you visit
Visiting a page is not completely invisible — it cannot be. Our hosting provider records a standard server log entry: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you asked for, and the time.
That is ordinary web-server behaviour, it is necessary to serve the page and to investigate abuse, and it is not a cookie. We do not use those logs to build a profile, and we cannot tie them to your identity unless you also fill in the contact form.
Our Privacy Policy covers this in more detail.
Controlling cookies generally
There is nothing to block here, but for other sites: every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. You can also use private browsing, or a content blocker.
Blocking cookies will not break anything on this site, because this site does not use any.
If this changes
We may add privacy-respecting analytics at some point — the kind that counts page views without cookies or cross-site identifiers. If we do:
- 01This page will be updated before the change goes live, not after.
- 02The table above will say exactly what is set, by whom, and for how long.
- 03If the technology requires consent under the law that applies to you, you will be asked for it first and the site will work whether you accept or decline.
