Yes. The domain, hosting account, code repository and analytics are all registered in your name. If you ever leave, you keep everything — we will even hand off the deployment.
Often, yes. We audit what you have first. If the foundation is sound we rebuild the front end and keep your URLs and rankings intact. If it is a slow builder template, a rebuild is usually cheaper than fighting it.
We map every old URL to a new one with 301 redirects, carry over titles and metadata, and monitor Search Console for two weeks after launch. Done right, rankings hold and then improve as speed goes up.
