• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or A/B testing tools.
• The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into our contact form.
• We have never sold or shared personal information, and we do not intend to.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time.

Everything above is a statement of fact about how this site is built, not an aspiration. It was verified against the live site on the effective date of this policy.

AAX Agency is a California business based in Burbank, CA. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy — in data-protection language, the "business" or "controller".

Information you give us. Our contact form is the only place on this site where you can submit personal information. These are all the fields it has:

Only three fields are required. Everything else is optional and the form will submit without it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These exist so the service can run and so abuse can be investigated. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we cannot connect them to your identity unless you also submit the form.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric data, government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or any other category California law treats as sensitive personal information. We do not ask for and do not want your passwords or payment details.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the free audit or proposal you asked for.
• To deliver our services if you become a client, and to communicate with you about your project.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and contract purposes.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

We will not add you to a marketing list because you submitted the contact form. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in and you will have to ask for it.

This website sets no cookies. Not strictly-necessary cookies, not preference cookies, not analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

We also do not use local storage, session storage, web beacons, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or session-recording tools.

The fonts on this site are downloaded at build time and served from our own domain, so loading a page here does not send your IP address to a font provider.

California law requires us to tell you how we respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

We do not monitor or respond to Do Not Track signals, because we do not do the thing those signals are designed to stop. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow anyone else to do so from this site.

No third party collects personally identifiable information about your online activities over time or across different websites when you visit this site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not trade, rent or licence it to anyone.

We use a small number of service providers to operate. Each one receives only what it needs, and each is bound by its own agreement to use that data only to provide its service to us:

We will also disclose information if we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order — or where necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety. If we receive a government demand for your information and are legally permitted to tell you, we will.

If the business is ever sold or merged, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified in advance and this policy would continue to apply until replaced.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it — for example records needed to support a tax filing.

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• Delete it.

We will ask you to verify your identity before we act — normally by replying from the email address you originally used, so we do not hand your information to someone else. We will never charge you for a request, and we will never treat you differently for making one.

We are a small business. We do not currently meet any of the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) mandatory for a company — we are well below the annual revenue threshold, we do not buy, sell or share the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households, and we derive no revenue at all from selling or sharing personal information.

We honour the rights it describes anyway, because they are reasonable and because our records are small enough that doing so costs us nothing. The rights listed above — to know, to access, to correct, to delete, and to limit use — are available to you regardless of whether the statute compels us.

For the avoidance of doubt, in the preceding twelve months we have not sold or shared personal information, and we have not disclosed personal information for a business purpose beyond the service providers named above.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give rise to a right to limit it, because we do not collect any.

This website complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA): this policy is linked from every page, it identifies the categories of information we collect and the third parties we share it with, it explains how you can review and change your information, it states how we handle Do Not Track signals, and it carries an effective date.

This site is served only over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Form submissions travel over that same encrypted connection.

Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. We use strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold client data.

No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the contact form. If a project genuinely requires something sensitive, we will arrange a secure method.

This is a business-to-business website and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in California and we serve businesses in the Greater Los Angeles area. We do not target or market to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be stored and processed in the United States, where privacy law differs from your home country. By sending us a message you understand that. If you are in the EU or UK and would like your information deleted, just ask and we will.

If we change this policy we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change is material — for example if we start using analytics, or begin sharing information with a new category of third party — we will say so prominently at the top of this page for at least 30 days before it takes effect.

We will never apply a materially less protective policy to information we already hold without telling you first.
